Save the Center Campaign Honored by PRWeek and AMA
FrogDog Communications' work representing The Center Serving Persons with Mental Retardation earned local and nation accolades: the prestigious honorable mention—or second place—in the 2008 Crisis or Issues Management Campaign category from PRWeek magazine, and a Crystal Award in the Crisis/Situation Management category from the American Marketing Association’s Houston Chapter.
The PRWeek competition drew more than 900 entries this year, and FrogDog faced competition in its category from national and international organizations and the firms that represent them. The Crystal Awards recognized the best in marketing communications for Houston-based organizations.
FrogDog’s Work for King Ranch Wins Bronze Quills
It’s not every day a communications firm gets the chance to help define a brand that is literally cast in iron, but the FrogDog Communications team has great fun doing so.
Last year, we created a brand guide for the iconic King Ranch, and picked up a Bronze Quill Award of Excellence in the publications category. This year, the corporate brochure we designed for King Ranch using those brand standards received an Award of Merit in the publication design category. The competition is sponsored by the International Association of Business Communicators’ Houston Chapter.
